It’s the Year of the Dragon, Window Agrees!

With the passing of Chinese New Year, it is officially the Year of the Dragon! Our window is decked out to match, complete with a genuine Hong-Kong made dragon-dancer. Our dragon dancer, made for 3 people, is truly a piece of art, and we’re so excited to share it!

The year of the Dragon signifies a time of good luck, and plentiful wheat and poultry. Thus, we at Petrune hope your year is filled with good fortune and good food!

A Window Fit for a Boudoir Queen

Vintage sleepwear is incredible. The detail put into nightgowns and lingerie back when they were primarily handmade never ceases to amaze us… and the silks and satins don’t hurt much either!

For our most recent window, we’re displaying some dreamy vintage boudoir looks, as well as saucy vintage-inspired lingerie. Take a gander. Some detail shots after the jump!

Petrune the Phoenix

On January 15^th 2011, Petrune reopened after a devastating fire closed our doors. A year later we are happy to say that not only are we still here, but have had our best sales year to date. Here at Petrune, we love to indulge our inner vintage rock star. This week’s window is a tribute to one of our favorite albums of all time Purple Rain by Prince. From the purple jumpsuit to the purple bicycle, this window is a show-stopper!
