The detail put into nightgowns and lingerie back when they were primarily handmade never ceases to amaze us… and the silks and satins don’t hurt much either!

This week Petrune’s shop window is featuring a great line of new (not vintage) lingerie, by the company “Honey Dew.” Also note the 1940′s embroidered pink silk kimono, and the salmon colored slips from the same era. 1920′s paper lanterns add a romantic note.
